Weather on the east coast |

The weather on the East coast of Phuket is sheltered from the summer time monsoons and winds.
Beaches on the West coast for the most part cannot be used in Thai season (May-October).
The East coast receives considerably less rain than the West coast, where most other resorts and developments are situated.
There are no large waves and the sea is swimable all year round.
